Mentors

Activities Mentors

The first two hours of LTI Spring Session focus on active leadership activities followed by discussions which serve to internalize the message of each activity. These mentors will be responsible for running activities with small (5) and large (30) groups of students. During the last hour of the session, Activities Mentors will support the Final Project Mentors in developing students' community service projects.

Final Project Mentors

The last hour of LTI Spring Session is dedicated towards developing students' ?nal projects. Final Project Mentors will mentor students at a lower ratio in order to provide more direct support with their students' projects. They will also keep in touch with the students during the week and in the years following their experience with LTI. Final Project Mentors additionally will help students develop life-skills such as resume writing and interviewing through weekly "mini-lessons."
